                            Director's shareholding


The Company was notified today that Bruce Page CA, the Finance & Operations
Director of the Company, has conditionally purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of
2p each in the Company as part of the share placing announced today at a price
of 50p per share. This transaction takes the beneficial interest in the ordinary
share capital of Longbridge International plc of Bruce Page to 118,678 shares,
representing approximately 2.09 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital.
