with the same lawyer it took igpk a month to gain access. we have no certainty on the date it was submitted but I have a feeling it was on Nov 14th. it really could be any day

That is great. I hope to hear that they are debt free after we close tonight. Then it sounds like they will announce a plan in a couple of weeks. Love to hear that.
