RCL NEXT? "The Parties are working diligently to consummate their settlement agreement and expect that the agreement will be completed on or before June 28, 2021," says a status report on the case.

Thanks to a surprising decision by former President Donald Trump in May 2019 allowing people to sue under the Title III provision, owners of property seized by the Cuban government can demand compensation from foreign companies in Cuba "trafficking in stolen property." The provision allows U.S. citizens to claim compensation in federal courts from any company — American or foreign — that has benefited from the use of confiscated property on the island.
Since then, claimants have been filing lawsuits against hotels, cruise and travel companies, airlines and banks, among others, accused of benefiting from business with properties that were taken by the Cuban government after the revolution.

As it relates to 2022, the Company has two ship deliveries scheduled, both with committed financing: Wonder of the Seas and Celebrity Beyond. Excluding the newbuild deliveries, the capital expenditures for 2022 will depend on the Company's schedule to return to service.
Since the suspension of operations and during 2020, the Company divested three ships from its fleet: Celebrity Xperience, Majesty of the Seas and Empress of the Seas. The Company also divested three ships being used by its Pullmantur affiliate. Additionally, the Company announced it entered into a definite agreement to sell its Azamara brand which includes three vessels: Azamara Journey, Azamara Quest and Azamara Pursuit.

RCL went down till around $65, now staying sideway trend...
Soon the results of Q4 2020 of RCL are coming out !!
Not clear exactly when this will happen, investing.com says today 3 february 2021
The results won't be good, because COVID-19 still present, so I think the trend will go more down, this time till it fills the previous BIG GAP, so $55-$59

Helms-Burton Plaintiffs Have Article III Standing
https://www.lexology.com/library/detail.aspx?g=33146390-7710-4164-9f5e-67db7c2ce662 CCL RCL NCLH
The Bottom Line: Under the court's order, an allegation of profiting from the use of property that was confiscated by the Cuban government is a sufficiently concrete harm for purposes of Article III standing. The court's order also establishes that a court may not dismiss or strike trafficking allegations that are, by themselves, time-barred where the plaintiff alleges a longstanding course of conduct, including non-timebarred trafficking, in support of its claim.
