Lee Bergeron and Karen Savoca bring deep expertise and extensive
financial knowledge to Pitney Bowes, strengthening the company’s
commitment to helping small and medium businesses secure the
capital they need to grow their businesses.

Lee Bergeron, Vice President, General Manager Equipment
Finance, Financial Services, is responsible for leading the growth
of Pitney Bowes’ asset back financing division. He is the former
President and Founder of Taunton Commercial Capital, with extensive
executive leadership experience in businesses specializing in
leasing and financing of equipment and software. Lee brings over 30
years of financial services experience, holding progressive
leadership responsibilities at GE Capital, Signal, NationsBank and
Norwest Financial Services. Lee is an accomplished commercial
leader with wide-ranging knowledge in building, developing and
leading successful financial services businesses.
Karen Savoca, Vice President and General Manager, Lending
Products & Services, is responsible for expanding the working
capital and deposit-based solutions provided to Pitney Bowes’
clients. She will develop and scale the commercial lending
business, directing and managing all aspects of the lending
strategy including product management and go-to-market
approach. Most importantly, she will lead the repositioning of
our lending platform by capitalizing on growth in shipping and
logistics alongside the company’s broader enterprise opportunity.
Prior to joining Pitney Bowes, Karen was Senior Vice President of
Marketing and Product Strategy for People’s United Bank, where she
was responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive
growth strategies for all commercial lines of businesses. She is a
seasoned executive with more than 25 years of financial services
experience and a proven track record for delivering growth and
operational excellence at GE Capital, Price Waterhouse, TD Bank and
First Data.
