Phillips 66 Reports Repair Work, Restart Plans at Oil Refinery in Texas

Phillips 66 said it was repairing and then would be restarting a
gasoline-making fluid catalytic cracking unit at its Borger oil
refinery in the Texas panhandle.
"Unit 40 [FCCU] will be restarted after repairs were being
executed for operational equipment," the refinery said in a
statement to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, noting
the process began Friday night and could continue through Thursday
night.
The 150,000-barrel-a-day refinery is located northeast of
Amarillo, near the town of Borger.
