Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On July 10, 2023, Blue Owl Capital Corporation (f/k/a Owl Rock Capital Corporation) (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the Company will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2023 on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 after market close. The Company will hold its earnings webcast / conference call on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
