Merck Announces Fourth-Quarter 2022 Dividend

Merck (NYSE: MRK), known as MSD outside the United States and
Canada, today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a
quarterly dividend of $0.69 per share of the company’s common stock
for the fourth quarter of 2022. Payment will be made on Oct. 7,
2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept.
15, 2022.
