Johnson & Johnson Raises Full-Year Adjusted-Earnings Guidance

Johnson & Johnson Tuesday lifted its full-year
adjusted-earnings guidance after posting revenue and earnings
growth in the latest quarter.
The New Brunswick, N.J.-based company said it now expects
adjusted earnings per share of $9.77 to $9.82. In July, it forecast
adjusted earnings per share of $9.60 to $9.70.
Analysts polled by FactSet had been forecasting full-year
earnings of $9.71 a share.
Shares of Johnson & Johnson climbed 1.6% in premarket
trading.
