OTHER EVENTS.

On June 20, 2008, Getty Images, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that its stockholders voted to adopt the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of February 24, 2008, by and among the Company, Abe Investment, L.P. and Abe Acquisition Corp., at a special meeting of the Company’s stockholders. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. The Agreement and Plan of Merger was originally filed by the Company as an exhibit to its Current Report on Form 8-K filed February 26, 2008.
