Colgate-Palmolive Co. on Friday said it named Stanley Sutula
chief financial officer, effective Nov. 9, plucking the executive
from Pitney Bowes Inc.
The New York consumer-products company said Mr. Sutula succeeds
Henning Jakobsen, who is retiring at the end of the year and will
assume the role of senior vice president until then.
Mr. Sutula, who has been executive vice president and chief
financial officer of Pitney Bowes since February 2017, has resigned
effective Nov. 6, the Stamford, Conn., technology company said,
adding that it has launched a search for a replacement.
Pitney Bowes said Joseph Catapano, vice president and chief
accounting officer, will serve as interim chief financial
officer.
Mr. Jakobsen joined Colgate in 1989 and has been chief financial
officer since May 2018.
