Offered Big Savings for Streamers
T-Mobile started 2024 with a bang, launching the best
entertainment streaming bundle in wireless with the Go5G Next plan.
That’s right — Hulu joined the impressive lineup of streaming
perks, including Apple TV+ on Us, Netflix on Us, and MLB.TV on Us.
With over $35 in monthly streaming benefits — adding up to over
$400 a year — T-Mobile customers can officially say goodbye to
boredom and hello to nonstop entertainment. Unwrap

Unlocked a Whole New World of Perks with Magenta
Status
In February, T-Mobile elevated travel and entertainment
experiences to VIP status with the launch of Magenta Status. 15%
discount at Hilton hotels? Yes, please! Hilton Honors Silver
status? Sounds great! How about hassle-free Dollar and Hertz car
returns? Check, check and check! But the Un-carrier didn’t stop
there — with $5 movie nights, a 25% discount on select Live Nation
concerts, plus the already mentioned best-in-class entertainment
streaming bundle, Magenta Status is serving up serious VIP vibes
that keeps getting better (stay tuned!). Unwrap

T-Life App Hit the Scene
T-Mobile launched its new T-Life app in February, giving a major
glow-up to the way customers manage their Un-carrier life — whether
you want to change your plan, upgrade your device or just see what
kinds of deals and free stuff you can score every week through
T-Mobile Tuesdays. The customer experience is easier than ever with
one app for everything — and the masses have noticed: In December
2024, T-Life reached the No. 1 spot overall on both the Apple App
Store and Google Play, surpassing 47.5 million active users.

Changed the Game for Sports Fans
T-Mobile took sports tech to the next level with exciting 5G
enhancements at major sporting events this year. Kicking off the
year with Taylor’s boyfriend’s Big Game, fans at Allegiant Stadium
and across Las Vegas used the permanent upgrades T-Mobile made
(partly for the 2023 Grand Prix), helping local and visiting fans
share every moment in real-time. By the spring, T-Mobile's
first-ever 5G private network in U.S. golf delivered stunning
broadcast quality shots of Hole 13 and exclusive fan experiences at
the PGA Championship. Finally, MLB All-Star Week provided fans with
seamless entry via facial recognition and immersive batting
practice shows, thanks to T-Mobile’s award-winning 5G network.

Pulled the Ultimate Flex in Prepaid
In May, Metro by T-Mobile launched its new Metro Flex plans,
tackling prepaid’s biggest “yada” by offering customers an
industry-first: a free 5G phone when they join and the same great
deals as new customers when they stay. Metro celebrated the launch
with Chrissy Teigen in Times Square, where people could share their
biggest relationship “flex” moments for a chance to win a trip to
Nada Yada Island (aka a dream vacation). Teigen also took time to
chat with T-Mobile about her favorite apps and the importance of
staying connected when she’s on the go. Unwrap

Kept Customers Connected from Gate to Gate
With free full flight Wi-Fi on most domestic flights on Alaska,
American, Delta and United Airlines, T-Mobile customers on Go5G
plans don’t have to worry about being offline at 30,000 feet,
making summer travel more enjoyable than ever. And collectively,
T-Mobile customers took advantage of this sweet perk in a major
way, using over 28 million free Wi-Fi sessions this year alone! And
this August, T-Mobile customers scored even more coverage for their
travels abroad on Delta, with free Wi-Fi on select long-haul
international flights. Unwrap more.
Put a Taste of Magenta in That Me Espresso
Magenta Status seriously turned up the volume — especially as
summer concert season heated up — with exclusive perks like
T-Mobile Reserved Tickets. This fan-favorite benefit gives
customers access to tickets for the hottest concerts, comedy shows,
festivals, Vegas residencies and more, including Sabrina
Carpenter’s latest tour. And T-Mobile didn’t stop there. To
celebrate, T-Mobile partnered with Sabrina Carpenter to bring
“Sweet Spot” pop-up trucks to select cities like Los Angeles,
Dallas and Seattle, where fans got to snag last minute tickets,
Sabrina-themed treats, limited-edition signed merch and other
goodies. To keep it Short N’ Sweet: Magenta Status rules. Unwrap

Gave Small-Town Teams Big-Time Victories
T-Mobile’s Friday Night 5G Lights competition kicked off
football season with some help from NFL legend Rob Gronkowski — you
know, Gronk! After months of fierce competition among more than
1,700 high schools across all 50 states and votes from thousands of
fans worldwide for the Top 16 finalists, Inola High School from
Inola, Oklahoma emerged victorious, securing the grand prize (a $2
million value!) to transform its high school football field into a
state-of-the-art stadium. The win includes a $100,000 grant for the
school, weight room from GronkFitness.com, new teched-out
scoreboard, consultation with football field experience experts, 5G
network upgrades package and an epic tailgate party celebration
with live music and a 5G-powered halftime drone show. You know how
the old saying goes: Clear eyes. Full hearts. 5G. Can’t lose.

Unveiled Bold Future Plans at Capital Markets Day
T-Mobile’s Capital Markets Day event in September outlined an
ambitious three-year strategy to shake up the wireless and
broadband landscapes (yep, again), aiming to deliver a $10 billion
increase in Core Adjusted EBITDA by 2027 at the high-end of
guidance. The plan will leverage the power of AI to enhance
customer experiences and streamline operations, while working in
partnership with NVIDIA, Ericsson and Nokia on cutting-edge
projects such as the AI-RAN Innovation Center. Key objectives
include expanding market share, boosting broadband and expanding
into smart new adjacencies, from connectivity solutions for first
responders through T-Priority to T-Ads — ultimately delivering
strong returns for shareholders. Unwrap more.
Connected More for Less
T-Mobile is on a mission to make things simpler and more
affordable all while providing the best value in wireless. That’s
why the Un-carrier started off Q4 by redefining connectivity with
the ultimate upgrade to its Go5G Next and Go5G Business Next plans.
With the ability to add connected devices like tablets and
smartwatches for just $5 each per month, T-Mobile customers on our
best plans can now stay connected across multiple devices more
easily than ever before. Unwrap more.
Up-leveled Education for Students
Nationwide
T-Mobile continued to push forward on Project 10Million — the
Un-carrier’s $10.7 billion commitment to close the educational
digital divide by offering free internet connectivity and mobile
hotspots for up to 10 million eligible student households. In
September, T-Mobile expanded its Project 10Million offering,
doubling the included data from 100GB to 200GB and adding a new
low-cost 10GB data pass option if users hit their data limit. And
in early October, T-Mobile partnered with Grammy-winning artist and
education advocate Common to further amplify its efforts. Through
Project 10Million and its other education initiatives, T-Mobile has
connected nearly 6 million students since 2020, providing $6.4
billion in products and services to keep the future bright.

with the most recent one reaffirming T-Mobile has the world’s best
5G availability. From the fastest download speeds to the best video
