I've had an account with Tmobile for twenty years and I gotta say I now hate them. I think they are about to be sued by a lot of people. I know I'm looking forward to jumping on as many lawsuits as I can find. They have pulled some really dirty moves lately.
They kept sending me emails and texts saying my 4GLTE phone would no longer be compatible with their 5G network and that I would need a new phone to stay connected. The emails explicitly say the new phone is "On Us", "no taxes", "no fees", "no plan change", and "in store only".
So...four stores later, including a corporate location, and not one of them would honor the deal. Two stores wanted to charge me almost 100 bucks in taxes and fees. One store said they were out of stock and couldn't offer me any other phones, which was a lie, as there are two other phones I am now supposed choose from. The corporate location said they were out of stock, couldn't waive the fees or taxes, and that I would have to CALL corporate.
So, I call corporate for the umteenth time and now they say I gotta go to a 5th store on michigan avenue to get them to...wait for it...order the phone for me because they don't have it in stock. That's right, a supervisor on the phone couldn't just ship the phone to my address. No, I have to go across the city to order a phone from a store that doesn't even have it in stock. That's their solution. RIDICULOUS.
I've missed so many calls(37 voicemails the other day) and had so many dropped calls as well as a horrible data connection for two months now. I've missed deliveries, telehealth appointments, and more. I am furious with tmobile.
Tomorrow, I will go to their store to order or hopefully just pick up a new phone, and if it doesn't go well, I will be calling these attorneys below. I will likely call them anyway when I get back. I suggest anyone else with the same issue from their latest "upgrade" do the same.
