That is what people are saying, pay no attention to speculation. A few facts to consider, no one would loan them the funds at crazy low rate before looking at earnings well documented by the auditor, Charles will be the keynote speaker with Jensen side by side the CEO of NVIDA at a presentation that showcase their work front of investors, the assumption is they are being funded on the 20th, so essentially everyone is thinking that somehow we will see the filings on or before that timeline. Not necessarily true, they have a deadline, on or before the 25th, my only assumptions is and I wholeheartedly believe that the filings have been completed not too long ago and the funder has seen everything thus explains the institutional buying as of late.... Always remember, the big guns know everything before retail does. No institutional investor will buy a stock to the tune of millions and millions just to see it to go to the OTC, if they weren't sure, someone will get fired. At this stage either you believe or you still don't (Those that sitting on the sidelines). I definitely don't think this will be sell the news event, I wholeheartedly believe this will run like $CVNA and higher and faster for legit reasons, July 1st is the quarter that will set the stage for their lofty 40 billion annual revenues, that is definitely a bold projection, the only way he can prove that lofty projection is to submit the audit report, market is forward looking.

Always and forever retail is the last to know, the only way an astute retail will ever know, is the tape and how they run the tape. This was all a game between Hindenburg, Ernst and Young and Cramer, the timing of these three scums of the Earth was not coincidental. SMCI is on path to run to 300 billion market cap and with time if they execute on their promises half a trillion dollar company and with the right position this is generational wealth, such as $TGLO with the right size position, but in reality all one needs is 50,000 shares to make handsome return when that merger hits the wires, by no means $TGLO is a flip stock if you are trying to make ends meet.

SMCI has a mind of its own. Almost 65,000 watcher on ST, by June should be well over 75,000 watchers. Waiting to see if this will play out like $CVNA, they don't run in one day or weeks, once it is marinated and prepped it will run its course. Not when we want it, but when we least expect. "So we watch"
