SMCI should see new upsurge in biz for

liquid cooling servers for Ai in 2025...

Recent big buying volume could be

for a specific reason...

A large buyer may want to try and sway

Charles of SMCI to pass his President

position to someone they like...

That type potential change could see large

share bonuses in future go to whoever

was given the position if it changes...

Hindenburg and Associates short attack saw

DELL CEO benefit from higher sale prices

on stock sales....

[b[Dell disclosed that founder and CEO
Michael Dell sold 10 million shares at an average
price of $122.40 during September, good for a
whopping $1.22 billion. Furthermore, this recent
sale was only part of Dell's overall unloading of
Dell shares this year.

SMCI passed forensic audit done per the

info from special committee...

and changes were recommended...

could be a simple reason for payoffs of loans...

may have done IT biz with one or either

of the two banks...

may have a relative at one or two of the banks...

Easier to pay off loans than go thru more

paperwork for disclosure for the tedious

filings in either case...

Paying off loans reduces interest cost which

can benefit profit and shareholders...

Genius thought by someone on ST thread. He is right, especially with these tariffs, interest rates could go up.

"Paying off loans early for several strategic and financial reasons:

Paying off loans early can save the company money by avoiding future interest payments, especially if the loans carry high-interest rates. This is particularly appealing when the company has excess cash or if interest rates are rising.

Reducing or eliminating debt improves financial ratios, such as the debt-to-equity ratio or interest coverage ratio, making the company more attractive to investors and potentially boosting its stock price.

Many loans come with restrictive covenants that limit a company’s operational flexibility. Paying off loans removes these constraints, giving management more freedom to make decisions."

They know they are financially a strong company, they know they are massively cash flow positive, more importantly, they know their business model is largely scalable, why else would they pay off their loans. Let's get the facts straight, this is not share selling scheme, this company is fundamentally a lot stronger then they were yesterday. They just proved to investors they are not a fly by night scambakaroo, they are here to stay in many years to come with AI model.

Late in the move, suggesting with the filings, SMCI is going make Hindenburg go bankrupt for trying to run their name through the mud. Big time redemption. Watch for press release tomorrow for the reason to payoff the notes is for financial flexibility. The only thing I want to know, how much more money left in the coffers, then sure as hell Nasdaq extension heading our way.

Analyst are going to digest this 8K tomorrow and depending on what they read into it and how they pick it apart or they already knew? like you said, "So we watch". Wasn't there loan extension a week ago, then abruptly decided to pay them off. Something is going on behind the scenes.
👍️0
dinogreeves dinogreeves 15 hours ago
Yeah LJ, I saw that video. I believe sometime tomorrow we will have analyst chiming in. Anyone that pays off loans/notes they are very credit worthy. Any public company that pays off notes, institutional investors welcome that with open arms and yes there was filing of some sort referencing B of A, but this one seems they are bundling up all the lenders and paid them off in full.

SMCI potentially improves free cash flow by

paying off Cathay...

It frees up that 150 million in restricted

cash securing debt to help fund new

orders on Blackwell chip server orders...

SMCI has term loan with E.Sun bank in

Taiwan also...

Last time that I looked, NVDA had over

30 billion in U.S. T, Bills...

So, in theory, NVDA could extend credit terms,

if needed, to SMCI for their chip purchases

until filings are completed...

Pure guessing on my part, because SMCI

appears to have enough built up Inventory

and Cash to navigate buying chips and then

delivering servers and wait on those payments...

SMCI, and other tech companies, aren't dealing

with dead beats that can't pay because demand

for Ai products is still very high...

Actually thinking that SMCI had recently paid

of B of A loans before this, wasn't there a filing?

Cathay squeezed on terms after the filing delay

and now they are paid off...oh well...

Kinda like analysts at recent CC that had cut

price targets not getting any forward guidance

from SMCI...oh well...

SMCI has new Blackwell chips now to start

filling orders for customers...oh swell...

This guy had a previous video which detailed

SMCI more along with tsla in it...

Analyst are going to scratch their heads tomorrow if there is no press release based on all the notes fully paid off, upwards of 2 billion dollars, if the numbers were cooked and there was going to be fraud charges against the company, they would have taken the money and ran, but instead they paid it off in full. So let me get this straight, if the numbers were cooked how else would they had so much money to payoff the notes? I guess when you watch fictional movies like Backdraft, you would believe anything and will trying everything to make everyone else believe in your distorted narrative.

Just Wow. Some reason I knew this was coming.

Now we wait to see this strategic move

Going private? Maybe, then why file for extension or even hire an auditor, was this a last minute decision?

Buyout offer on the table? Who knows

Merger acquisition? Possible, run the stock up and do another secondary offering for the acquisition, barring on how much more they still have in the books after all notes paid off.

Boost investor confidence that our books are not cooked.

(the “Company”) prepaid in full and terminated its obligations under each of (i) the Loan Agreement, by and among the Company and Cathay Bank, as amended or otherwise modified, and (ii) the Loan and Security Agreement with Bank of America N.A., by and among the Company, the lenders party thereto, and Bank of America N.A., as administrative agent, as amended or otherwise modified."

No one is going to know what this strategic move is going to be. I told a friend just a couple of days ago, that they might pay off their notes. The stock is going to trade in a very tight range. What is puzzling for me is Ray Dalio buying 1.6 million shares, does he know something that retail is not privy of?

I have learned over the years not all traders know everything about trading, in-fact 97% of them don't know jack chit. Today was a proven fact with this latest filings, that no one can read filings or cares to even read filings, they are in for quick buck or two for ends meet. About couple of weeks ago, a very good friend of mine sold SAV*E at almost the top, the very next day it dropped to the low $1 and he sold over, he had not even a slight idea why it dropped, so I had to tell him about the bankruptcy, just another validation that most traders don't know nothing.

This is where common sense comes into play.

Just got home from out on the field this long day, besides going to Apple Store to get a new phone, cause I broke mine today out on the field, long, exhausting day. I don't care what this does, I had a time frame in mind and a price point to reach, but things have changed drastically. Got home and read the filings that SMCI paid off their notes.

https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=18006601&guid=FQY-kHnuV5SJh3h

The scenarios

1. Either the company going private
2. They are getting bought out and want a clean slate with no debt on the books.
3. Or they want to boost investor confidence.

You pick which one is more likely to happen.

<< I can’t see Nasdaq coming back and saying, sorry, we don’t like your plan. >>

I agree. I think that the NASDAQ will at least give them the benefit of the doubt and give them an extension.

As I mentioned the other day my thinking is the extension is de facto done since they’re still trading beyond the ‘deadline.’ At this point I can’t see Nasdaq coming back and saying, sorry, we don’t like your plan. You said you think it will be decided in early December. I can’t see why it takes that long but hopefully that will be it.

SMCI goal is to get 15% of the liquid

cooling server market...

To mount AI chips, Supermicro’s AI servers
are required. Also, Supermicro holds just a
10% share in the AI server market, leaving
more room to expand the business

That 10% of market referenced is both the

air and liquid cooled market...

SMCI has bet a lot of their chips on increasing

production of liquid cooled servers...

As long Nasdaq extension is in limbo, there will be a lot of amateurish moments, in the end, there is no middle ground for this, either they get the extension or it will be delisted. People yelling and screaming doom and gloom when the stock drops a nearly 3% after hours, cause of tariffs, manipulation and scared money, I wholeheartedly believe in capital preservation, but not on 3% drop or even 8-10% drop after hours, for me to be even remotely to even consider selling my position the stock has to drop between 13-15%, but on value plays, such as, SMCI, I average down or even average up, if it is warranted. Unfortunately there is a lot noob traders out there, who can easily get swayed by distorted stories, but there are also a lot of informed traders out there that are supporting the stock. All I know is, that this is not AM*C nor it is GM*E, SMCI is different breed of its own and if the numbers are proven to be not embellished, then SMCI will hit 200 dollars single handedly in 6-9 months. Just give me Nasdaq extension, the audit report by February 25th, the rest will be his-story, DOJ is several months away, expecting DOJ decision June-July next year, that is exactly when things will get interesting and couple that many more watchers from the sidelines, this could possibly hit 300 by early 2026.

I was talking to a friend yesterday, we both agreed 42-43 is this next big resistance then 47, after 47, it's 53 then blue sky breakout. Personally for me, I don't think we can break that 53 resistance unless there is some big event from the company and that could be sometime in the second week of December or maybe 3rd week of December, due to Santa Rally, but if Nasdaq extension is granted second week of December, then hold on to your horses, we will definitely breach 60 dollars in 2 full days of trading.

Only two scenarios, well, maybe 3 scenarios actually. All pending on four catalyst minus any gravy, Nasdaq extension, DOJ dismissal and audit report and if no fraud was found and Nasdaq says will stay listed on the exchange after all the criteria were met. Scenario Number One VW style gamma squeeze, scenario number two, CVN*A style squeeze, or gets delisted by Nasdaq and goes to OTC and reaches single digits. Common sense tells me, if they haven't diluted since the dawn of times, there is no fraud, just distortion.
