$SNSS Two things are happening. 1.) #StockTrading higher after #stock upgrade from Perform to Outperform and a price target of $12 per share. 2.) Reverse Merger with @ViractaT announced the parties entered into a definitive merger agreement. This Reverse stock split. The split funny enough says 3-1 and 6-1. That means our shares are going to increase. Because a true reverse split is 1-3 or 1-6. Did you notice the difference in how it was typed. I'm thinking we will get either 3x the shares we have now of the new symbol $Virx. What are you thought on this. Second they say the have to close above 4.00 before the split. I was looking at the sec doc and was going to post the link and forgot which one it is but it is in there.
