On June 10, 2020, Starbucks Corporation (“Starbucks” or “the Company”) furnished this report to provide its stakeholders with an update on how its business is recovering globally, to share plans related to Americas store development and portfolio optimization, and to disclose preliminary earnings per share estimates for its third and fourth fiscal quarters of 2020 (Q3 and Q4), ahead of its Q3 earnings report and conference call scheduled for July 28, 2020. A copy of this report is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
