Wrong market! The TriFan 600 really won't compete in the Urban Air Mobility (ie, Battery Powered Flying Taxi) market. It's designed to compete against Light Business Jets to carry wealthy individuals, CEO's, etc from vertipads / helipads near their homes or offices on trips averaging approximately 500 miles.
That''s a vary different market -- and, fortunately for XTIA -- it's a proven market with much less competition and far easier path to FAA certification.
Unfortunately, XTI and INPX did a shit job making that point to investors.

Read the JV agreement. Which is what the court will use in their determination. Explain how it specifies in the agreement that ALL of the VTOL Technology and all other assets developed by the JV shall be assigned and transferred back to XTI but you continue to claim just the opposite. That is why the merger went forward. More of your stupid BULLSHIT.
Timing is everything. Why did the date for XTI to file for the dismissal of the BS XERI/XTI case happen the same day XTIA was created. It's over for XERI because they never had any claim to TF 600 IP to start with.
BTW where is the 8-K showing any XTIA equity going to XERI.
This Joint Venture Agreement (the โAgreementโ) is dated as of May 31, 2021 (the โEffective Dateโ)
2.2.???????????Term. The term of this JV shall commence on the Effective Date and, unless sooner terminated as provided herein or as may be provided by law, shall continue until the first to occur of:
(ii) 24 months after the Effective Date (the โAcceleration Eventโ);
Termination, Dissolution and Winding-Up of the JV.
9.1.???????????Termination and Dissolution. The JV shall be terminated and dissolved upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
9.1.1.????????The occurrence of a Liquidity Event, an Acceleration event, a or a Completion Event.
9.2.???????????Liquidity Event Transactions. In the event of a Liquidity Event, Acceleration Event, or Completion Event, the following shall occur:
9.2.1.????????Assignment of Intellectual Property and other JV Assets. The VTOL License shall terminate; and all of the VTOL Technology and all other assets developed by the JV shall be assigned and transferred back to XTI with the transfer documents to be in form and substance acceptable to XTI and any counterparty involved in the Liquidity Event.

"I doubt if the XERI/XTI case goes much longer."
Watch your misleading claims.
The Xeriant v. XTI Aircraft lawsuit has no dispute about XTI Aircraft's $5.4M liability to Xeriant.
Keep trying.
The irony, as you just said, "never trust what you read here on IHUB."
You'll do DD yet still deny the facts.
Sure, there is always some possibility Xeriant does not receive it's $5.4M or equivalent 3.3 million pre-merge XTI Aircraft shares from XTI Aircraft, yet even the XTI/Inpixon merger agreement establishes XTI Aircraft's debt/liability of $5.4M to Xeriant or its equivalent 3.3 million pre-merge XTI Aircraft shares to Xeriant.
If "all a scam," and if Xeriant will get nothing as you claim a certainty, because all three are scams working together, as you claim, this show will get even more entertaining.
You never even acknowledge both XTI and Inpixon clear communication that XTI Aircraft owes $5.4M or 3.3M pre-merger XTI common stock to Xeriant, as XTI Aircraft's liability to Xeriant.
The Xeriant v. XTI Aircraft lawsuit has no dispute about XTI Aircraft's $5.4M liability to Xeriant.
Or. has Xeriant's 2nd Amended Complaint changed to claim that XTI's admitted $5.4M liability is in dispute also? And that Xeriant itself newly clams that XTI Aircraft's liability to Xeriant is not in fact owed to Xeriant?

Take your own advice about DD then. There's plenty on XTI since it was started in 2012. Even more on the advancements of hydrogen fuel cells for making electricity. I did mine from my XERI/XTI JV days. That was when the TF 600 was going to use a Hydrogen fuel cell for electric. They also changed to PUMPING the use of the NEW GE catalyst engine. So get back when you find some good DD. I agree never trust what you read here on IHUB.
How many RS did you find this will be for INPX?
Looks typical of an OTC SCAM. RINSE and REPEAT
With a Bright New Shiny thing that will change the world. LOLOLOL

BTW XERI might not get anything for a supposed $5+ mil contribution to the JV. Some here have said this INPX/XTI merger couldn't happen without XERI's approval. LOLOL
XERI have a typical OTC BS lawsuit with XTI and have already had their case against the toxic lender Auctus dismissed. This is who XERI used to gain the $5+ mil. I doubt if the XERI/XTI case goes much longer.

XTI IS way behind. I remember when they talked about using hydrogen power. Doubt if INPX can compete with BMWs financing abilities or R&D. TF 600 hasn't even made a full size test flight. All they have to date is a 2/3 scale that has managed to complete a few hover tests. What do they really have that will keep a $4 price.
This is what they have and it's nothing like the CG BS

This Worldโs First Hydrogen-Powered VTOL Aircraft Could Hit the Skies Next Year
Sirius Aviation is planning to launch not one but two zero-emission jets next year.
The Swiss aviation startup unveiled two zero-emission jets on Wednesday that it claims will take flight in 2025. Designed in collaboration with BMWโs Designworks and the Sauber Group, the newcomers will be powered by a groundbreaking hydrogen-electric propulsion system that will enable quiet, carbon-free travel.
The Sirius Business Jet is geared toward private fliers, with space for up to three passengers. The craft will be able to cruise for up to 1,150 miles at speeds of up to 323 mph and altitudes of 30,000 feet.
