Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp. (the “Company”) is filing this Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with respect to its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2023 (the “Form 20-F”). The Company ceased to be considered an emerging growth company as of June 30, 2023 and is required to comply with certain requirements of Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act for the first time. This process has imposed time constraints that have rendered timely filing of the Form 20-F impracticable without unreasonable effort or expense to the Company. The Company undertakes the responsibility to file, and anticipates that it will file, the Form 20-F no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
