      Sheeeeesh! All of BBBYQ's leases of any value and real estate were liquidated or sold off in the liquidation bankruptcy proceeding. As for your shares, they are gone forever, having been cancelled and extinguished at the end of the liquidation bankruptcy proceeding, per the final plan approved and entered by the court. When shares and/or tickers are merely delisted, or the SEC revokes the registration for the shares and underlying securities, or the shares quit trading for some other reason, they will remain in your account indefinitely. But, when shares are cancelled and extinguished as was the case with BBBYQ's shares and ticker, they disappear forever. But, hey, just keep up the denial and fairy tales knowing that folks are laughing at you.

It bought the key assets from the former BBBYQ out of the bankruptcy auction, including the IP rights and Bed Bath & Beyond trade name and assets. None of that has anything to do with the former company and ticker which was the subject of this Board prior to the liquidation bankruptcy.
