BancFirst Corporation is financial holding company and a bank holding company. The Company conducts all of its operating activities through its principal wholly owned subsidiary, BancFirst (the Bank), a state-chartered bank in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Company has four principal business units: metropolitan banks, community banks, other financial services, and executive, operations and support. As of December 31, 2011, the Company has 93 banking locations serving 51 communities throughout Oklahoma. The Bank provides a range of retail and commercial banking services; depository and funds transfer services; collections; safe deposit boxes; cash management services, and retail brokerage services. On July 12, 2011, the Company completed the acquisition of FBC Financial Corporation and its subsidiary bank, 1st Bank Oklahoma with banking locations in Claremore, Verdigris, and Inola, Oklahoma. The Company merged 1st Bank Oklahoma into BancFirst on February 17, 2012.
