New all time "close" high: 123.15. There is still positive news out there expected to drop some time in the future...just waiting.

I am primarily a fundamentalist investor and not really proficient in technical analysis, but it does seem to me that we are at the upper bound of a downward channel. I am guessing if we can break that level (around 10 visually assessed), we should run to the $12-$14 level . Where we go from there

I would agree, except the process is not controlled by Nwbo. Instead, it is in the hands of a plodding, slow, bureaucratic understaffed process that has no timetable to meet since it clearly blew thru the 150 wishful thinking deadline that has never been met. 300 days, I believe, is the average.
