                          Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each
           Warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at 1p per share



The Company has issued 300,000 Ordinary Shares and 150,000 warrants at 1p per
share; the funds will be used to provide additional working capital. The shares
and warrants have been issued to an applicant who did not receive the full
amount he applied for under the recently completed offer for subscription
("offer") (which was over subscribed) on the same terms as the offer.

The Company has also issued 750,000 warrants to an intermediary who introduced
investors who subscribed for shares under the offer.

Application has been made for the 300,000 shares and 900,000 warrants to be
admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to take place on 28 February.
