The Company was informed on 23 April 2003 that, in the recent placing by the
Company, City Equities Limited acquired 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 4.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

City Equities then sold 1,448,000 Ordinary Shares to its clients on 17 April
2003.

As a result of these sales, City Equities Limited no longer has a notifiable
interest in the shares of the Company.
