Further to the announcement of the Company's final results for the year ended 31 January 2018 on 22 May 2018, 1Spatial confirms that the annual report and accounts, together with notice of the Company's 2018 annual general meeting have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy of them and are available to download from the Company's website at www.1spatial.com.

The annual general meeting is to be held at 11.00 am on 24 July 2018 at the offices of N+1 Singer, 1 Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AX.
