On October 27, 2021, Zedge, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing certain results of operations for its fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended July 31, 2021 and a delay in full release of fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended July 31, 2021 earnings results and related conference call. A copy of the press release issued by the Registrant concerning the foregoing is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
