The investment seeks investment results that track (before fees and expenses) the price and yield performance of its underlying index, the S&P U. The fund uses a Representative Sampling strategy in seeking to track the performance of the underlying index. The underlying index is comprised of U.S. dollar denominated high yield corporate bonds that have been selected in accordance with a rules-based methodology that seeks to identify securities that, in the aggregate, are expected to have lower volatility relative to the broad U.S. dollar denominated high yield corporate bond market.
