LOL, I remember when I first was pointed at IHUB, the posters would look at the trading volume and say that such and such a number was a signal to brokerages. I have a hard time believing that there are enough brokerages trading this to bother with a signal, but I would say that 666 had to be one they mentioned. Now, the interpretation? Seems like it would have to be bad...........but bad for whom. Must be "help...I need shares" Maybe someday.

I really don't want to see manipulation here, just a solid business that increases in value for everyone

Just what I assume it will be trading, that's the starting point.

Why do you feel that ECO will be trading in the pink? Honestly that thought never entered my mind.
If they accomplish what I feel they can they will stay a private company and continue to pay the current Webstar shareholders dividends. It' will certainly not happen over night (no surprise there...) but the potential is better than all the current technologies that Webstar possesses like Gigabyte Slayer and so on.

That is correct. The ECO shares will end up in V-Stock. Since ECO 2 is a private company the only way you could sell your shares is if you went through the company itself for the sale and approval. Like I mentioned in a previous post these shares (dividends) will be the gift that keeps on giving. Hold them and will them to your offspring. As far my Webstar shares I did manage to get them out of V-Stock (early on) and currently they are sitting in Fidelity as restricted. I can buy more Webstar shares but I cannot sell my Webstar shares until we are no longer in any of the family of OTCBB stocks. Waiting for that $7.00 share price (reverse split IMHO) and small cap NASDAQ.

It's not a done deal until it's done. At this point in time, it appears to be going forward. The new company is doing the filings, anyway.

As a L-O-N-G time shareholder of WBSR this merger is not as important to me as the future of ECO 2. That could be worth the waiting of over 14 plus years.

So, both companies are merging for sure now? I was a little confused about this deal! Is it a good plan in your opinion?

I gather that they have promised their shareholders to let them come to the new vehicle, just as WBSR shareholders received the eco divi. Until we have more info on this new company and some enlightenment as to what the eco divi will mean, how can any of us come to any conclusions other than wait and see? I did notice that the eco divi was specifically done before the merger, so none of that went to thunder shareholders. for what it's worth.......Impatient or not............hopefully we live to see the financial benefit.

Tell me what you feel about this? So all the Thunder Energies stockholders soon will be Webstar shareholders. As I previously mentioned the total outstanding shares will be over 400 million. Until we get more information I will remain here and read some of the weekly minutiae. It's sure has been a l-o-n-g time with Webstar... So many years of promise with nothing to show.

Like most of you, been holding on to this for some time now and I agree, we need more than some insight on what is happening now and what will happen soon. I'm seeing reverse splits mentioned, amount of shares being reduced, etc.

There seems to be so much anticipation with the new business. I just cannot wrap my head around how $7.00 will magically appear. Just for the fact there will be 400,000,000 shares outstanding, (once the shareholders of the other company join Webstar's shares) If you do the math the amount of shares will would own after a reverse split would be reduced significantly. Nothing else we can do at the moment except to wait this out. I have waited TOO LONG for Webstar to amount to something.

I admit that I was hoping for insight into the new business. I won't have time to even look to see if anything is available about the new business for a couple months. Which, I guess, is just as well.....there still seems to be no way to sell the stock, and until, and unless, there is a reason to buy.....there wouldn't be a buyer. It would be different, perhaps, if it the reasons for people being willing to pay $7 was public. If that happens, I expect this to be a different board...............

I agree with you. The split has to be BIG to get the desired $4.00 for the NASDAQ small cap. If they are saying $7.00 then the split would be even BIGGER

I agree with you. How in the world can we expect this go from ten cents to $7.00? Especially when they are currently selling shares for ten cents.They are trying to get on the NASDAQ small cap ($4.00) If that is the case then I would think you would see a reverse split of at least 10:1 which means if you own 100,000 shares you would end up with 10,000 shares. After Webstar and Thunder Energies become one there will be 400,000,000 shares outstanding. and in all likelihood the ticker symbol WBSR will change. Whoever has our shares (in my case it's Fidelity) the new ticket symbol will carry over.

I haven't seen a R/S that added any value to the stock long term. So, I would assume that if they go that route they would have a much harder time getting long term investors. It would stink of pink sheet shenanigans not Nasdaq value.

I would imagine that they would be valued at whatever price new ones issued are, I can't imagine someone spending $7 a share if they can buy the same thing for .08..
