Just a matter of timing for the IVDN stock price to catch up to the very strong sales success we already know is happening in 2024 per the official company news. As anyone following this stock can see to date, nothing has helped this stock’s price at all, no news, nothing resulting from the repetitive posts about how good things are happening here for some time now has had absolutely no effect on this stock except that it has gone down. IVDN better come up with another plan or we may see this company’s already total low shareholder count go even lower. The Sec Delinquent Sign still being posted is also not helping here. IVDN will probably perform even worse next year, let’s see what the next release brings out after expenses etc including what this CEO must be selling this product for in order to just get it out to all of his newbies. The bottom line here is that this stock will have none of the repetitiveness that has always gone on here, been too long with this managements statements that no one is now paying any attention to. I have been calling for Joe Riccelli to be fired for almost 5 years. If this was a REAL company, he would have been long gone. But IVDN is not a REAL company. It is a mom and pop with no employees. This company should have remained private and never sold stock. It was Joe's ego that brought this company public. It is Joe's ego that keeps him in the CEO chair.

Where is the BOD's? Probably hanging at Joe's house for a Sunday BBQ?

You notice that nobody can defend him except to say the he mortgaged his home during the FTC trail. The poster that called you and I "idiots", the poster that I challenged to defend our CEO, has not responded to that challenge. Why? Because he can't.

One long path of going nowhere has this stock in 2024 in a reality zone that this stock has not been able to move out from. The real facts are that IVDN has strongly rising sales (FY 2024 is already double all of last year), new customers, new distributors, patent protection, little debt, insider buying, a small share structure with a very low float of only 16 million shares out, all legal issues resolved in the company's favor and, of course, the highest performing House Wrap insulation on the market with its unique evacuated cell structure delivering an R-6 value that no competitor can mach.
