Just doing some research today in seeing if there is still any connection between IVDN and LIGA. It seems LIGA may be trying to spin off the housing material business and go into the Carbon Business. As far as Liga’s stock price goes, it is in the same tank as IVDN is in. If the building business is starting to begin to suffer overall, then IVDN, regardless of any little savings, of which may come from using IVDN’s product, the near future could be the nut that could finally crack IVDN’s future existence. No guessing here about what type of business operation this company has been and still seems to be, just look at it’s long history that has gone on here. The longer time moves on, this situation has gotten deeper and messier than ever before. Where are the pumpers now with constant repeated news of what is supposed to be happening and how the future is going to be so great for this company, a company that has been burying itself for over two decades with talk, where are those company’s, supply houses, distributors, contractors that were, are suppose to be moving more and more IVDN materials this year than last year, no more mention of them since May 30, 2024. Notice how Tyvek and a few of the other companies products are doing this year compared to IVDN’s product in 2024. I have not seen any other company come forward with an offer to buy out IVDN, why, why should they, it will probably be only a matter of time before IVDN does itself in, $2.00 to now, years later at $ .124 and currently not trading. How to register shares of IVDN?

I have made several attempts to examine the books and records of IVDN as permitted by Delaware law. IVDN's lawyer has stonewalled me on several occasions saying that they can't verify that I'm a shareholder, despite the screenshots I've sent from my Fidelity Account. Fidelity told me that IVDN shares are not eligible for DRS (direct registration system).

Can anyone tell me how I can become a shareholder of record for IVDN? Is anyone here an IVDN shareholder of record that would be willing to send a letter to the company?

On Oct 23, 2023 LIG Assets PR’d a signing of a Sales Rep Agreement for TN and AL for Insultex House Wrap along with a Licensing Agreement for the retail market.

Thru 6/30/24, LIG has reported zero revenues for this particular division and they don’t even mention this agreement in their quarterly report.

Sounds like another failed LIG venture, if it ever really existed in the first place. However, it seems to affirm that Innovative Designs has not paid LIG any money because there was no sales.

It would not surprise me if this stock does not make it out of The Expert Market by the end of this year. If this CEO has a problem with his accountants, and do we wonder why, this could be the latest hold up in getting regular legal reports on IVDN. Everything done here has taken this stock Deep South for so long now that it seems that it does not know of any other direction to go in. MOO

Last year, 2023, a NT 10-Q came out on September 6, we missed that date this year and there is a possibility that we may not even see anymore quarterly releases come out on The OTC Market Website this year. This CEO just keeps getting in deeper and deeper, and now IVDN’s stock is not even tradable currently, and at this rate for how long. There is not much of a question that reality is catching up with this whole situation here. MOO

Failure of management? Management is one person, Joe Riccelli. He is the FAILURE!!!!!!

He belongs in prison for all the lies he tells shareholders. Take the BOD with him to prison for failing to protect shareholders and for taking stock and diluting shares.

It seems that part of the problem with reporting is that the company switched auditors in June.

It doesn’t excuse the fact that the Q report due 4/30 wasn’t released by end of June but with switch of auditors that obviously caused issues.

Two months later and still no 10-Q is not good. Either there are previously undisclosed issues with prior audits (despite the previous auditor saying there weren’t any), failure of management to disclose or come with necessary documentation to satisfy new auditor, failure to pay new auditor (maybe auditor doesn’t want shares).

The worst is that the company did not file any late reporting documentation.

Any money the company generates goes to pay back shareholders loans first, of which they have almost completed, unless they have taken out new loans. They issued a $50k convertible note due in Dec, got an SBA loan, and have been stealthy selling stock to private investors to raise $160k. Paying their landlord in shares for back rent and also paying consulting fees in shares.

Imagine buying a machine 9 years ago and it’s still not installed…..

I disagree WaterChaser. IVDN is not going down because the infiltration of the "pumpers". They have had no affect on this company. Whatever they were paid was money down the drain.
