Nothing new in the paper. It seems the CTAD 2022 data was irrelevant, as none of it is mentioned in this publication. Why it took so long to get this paper published, all the data is from mid-2023 and was already presented at the 2024 AAIC and CTAD conferences.

Should be an interesting market day tomorrow. I am glad that the authors discussed in detail the dropouts and related 12 week poor performance relative to placebo. Much was learned from this trial on titration. Transdermal patches would probably also reduce this adverse events issue. This paper
