Chaps for Women and Boys to Debut Exclusively at Kohl's Department Stores; Kohl's Brand Momentum and Differentiation Continues

Kohl's Corporation (NYSE:KSS) today announced plans to debut the
Chaps brand in its women's and boy's departments in all stores and
on Kohls.com in a one year exclusive arrangement, commencing in the
spring of 2006. Kohl's will debut Chaps for women featuring a
distinct, high quality assortment of women's lifestyle sportswear
such as woven and knit tops, shorts, pants, sweaters and outerwear.
At the same time, Chaps for boys will also be launching offering an
assortment of woven and knit tops, denim and chino bottoms,
sweaters and outerwear. Polo Ralph Lauren will be responsible for
product design, development, production and delivery. "We are
