J2 Global's Everyday Health Buys BabyCenter from Johnson & Johnson

J2 Global Inc.'s (JCOM) Everyday Health Group unit on Tuesday
said it acquired digital pregnancy and parenting resource
BabyCenter from Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) for an undisclosed
amount.
Everyday Health said BabyCenter has a global reach of more than
100 million people monthly, adding that 70% of new and expectant
mothers use its various digital platforms in the U.S.
Johnson & Johnson acquired BabyCenter from struggling
Internet retailer EToys Inc. in 2001 for about $10 million.
