Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
|
On October 8,
2020, Delta Air Lines, Inc. (“Delta”) repaid approximately $3.0 billion, the full amount of outstanding
borrowings under its 364-day term loan credit agreement, dated as of March 17, 2020, as amended, with JPMorgan Chase Bank. N.A., as
administrative agent and the lenders party thereto, and the agreement was terminated. The material terms and
conditions of the agreement were described in Delta’s Current Reports on Form 8-K filed on March 20, 2020 and July 2, 2020.
As a result of the termination of the agreement, the liens on the aircraft securing the borrowings were released.

October 13, 2020, Delta issued a press release reporting financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2020. The press
