CNH Industrial Joins CEO-Led Diversity Coalition

CNH Industrial (CNHI) said Friday that it has joined CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion.

The CEO-led coalition, launched in June 2017, encompasses 85 industries, CNH said. More than 800 CEOs have signed the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge recognizing that change starts at the executive level, CNH said.

Joining the CEO Action coalition will enhance the company's diversity strategies, CNH said.

CEO Action's website said those who sign the pledge agree to certain commitments, including the implementation of unconscious bias training in their organizations.

Signatories also agree to dedicate their time and resources to advance diversity and inclusion within their companies and as a part of the coalition, the website said.
