Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 12, 2022, Bionano Genomics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain preliminary performance results for the fourth quarter of 2021 and for the year ended December 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
