TCRI(.09)...Faulkner updated his LinkedIn profile......

Perhaps worth noting that Charlie Faulkner updated his experience section of his LinkedIn profile about a week and a half ago (it shows he is still the active CEO of TCRI). This is the first time since his November 2023 appointment as CEO that a reference to Techcom has appeared anywhere on his profile page. It is also worth noting that Techcom is now one of the companies that he is following.

Maybe these updates are merely some long-overdue "housekeeping" items on his profile. But the timing/nature of these updates suggests to me the possibility that some type of corporate development might be getting closer.

So far this year I haven't had any luck getting fills on buy orders I have tried at prices below ten or eleven cents.

I am guessing that Mr. Faulkner and Wajcenberg have failed in their efforts in securing any reasonable financing as indicated in latest TCRI 8K filing. No other way to read this since there's been no communication from the company and their employment agreement is way past due. I suspect that we'll be hearing from the company at some point in the not-so-distant future that this CEO/CFO combo have been cut loose. Again, no other way to read this at this point.

At least they filed. Nothing going on over there. What they said in their previous filings were apparently lies, so not surprised there isn't anything of relevance in this 10q. Probably won't be for the rest of the year.

Phoenix's initial public offering drew strong demand and was 33 times oversubscribed — implying orders worth $12 billion — while the portion reserved for retail investors was oversubscribed 180 times.

That or a loan. They may not take on investors but the contracts had wording that made it be known no dilution could be issued without the approval of board/manuff. Total assumption on my part but thought that might be part of their job considering their background before edgemode considering they already have us public share holders.

The trade winds with crypto are just now kinda in the middle of merger/acquisition/consolidation and I haven’t seen the parent company in a hurry to do anything. North America also is kinda in uncertainty as far issues and political, economically, and policy wise. If they didn’t get funding then at least we should get contract news.

With that said, I would definitely use caution here. It is what it is. A pink shell. The last couple years many traders have easily lost 10’s of thousands of dollars trading pink sheet stocks that look good or get some news dropped before fading to triple.000’s. I just like the Phoenix Group personally and don’t have access to the ADX so I am hoping this could be a way for me to get some exposure to them. And as far as me questioning Laster, I am just looking for insight from his prospective for me to think about. I was hoping to hear him say something besides Faulkner and Wajcenberg as reason he would not invest.

Yes I believe PHX has big plans for expansion into North America and this ticker will be involved in some way. My biggest concern is how much and what they put into it. They have Bill Qian who seems to help them on decisions with their investments and they will listen to his advice on when they will share information with the market on what their plans are with the ticker. So I think it will be strategic timing that will make the share prices rise and not necessary hearing or getting an 8k about the CEO and CFO getting a line of credit from high worth individuals or institutions. Obviously that would be good news too because they should also show we have actual revenue coming in monthly of over 2 million and many investors will not invest until a company has revenue.

Pretty solid reasoning. I am just doing like the Pheonix Group. Everything I have found has them moving own with the expansion into North America. If they get the money and join then fine. If they don’t oh well.

I would absolutely disagree with you. Especially dealing with OTC stocks. CEO history of success or failure is the major reason why I will invest or not invest in these OTC plays. Buyer beware my friend with POS Charlie at the helm. He is absolutely not a competent CEO.

Looks like your guys weren't able to produce after all, judging by the recent volume and price direction. TCRI is trending to be the biggest disappointment of the recent Crypto run. I just don't get it. No update/communication from the company whatsoever.

I added some earlier today and then Webull restricted trading. Nothing concrete because apparently Webull isn’t great with otc but interesting considering the timing. 🤞June starts this weekend and the deadline for the new guys is June 30th. Plus listening to the Phoenix group earnings call they said they had some news but just haven’t decided how to inform the markets yet. Just a hunch.

Unfortunately they are paying D&D $25,000 per month. Unreal. I think they are just sitting on their behinds without doing any work. No way they are getting financing. I hope the company will remove them on July 1st because they clearly will not fulfill the agreement.

Unfortunately, it's looking like you may be right. I so wish it wasn't so, but current reality may come to full fruition here. Not much longer until their employment agreement is expired according to that 8k filing. Let's see what transpires though these next few weeks as I'm starting to become more and more convinced, like MaxInvestor89, that Bitzero maybe the true target merger here. It's still a bit of a hunch but the stars are starting to align and is very plausible for something like that to happen. Well hopefully they will replace them with more established managers with proven track records.........like the ones currently running Bitzero?

The Company does not have employment contracts with its key employees, including the controlling shareholders who are officers of the Company.
