Yes, but before the close the bid was .14 by .39 ask. What does that say to you? Just under 584k volume today. I'll check trades, but I have found that information is misleading. Are they buys, are they sells.

Lots of activity. Could this be the 4th spike in CAFI stock price in the last four years? 10 cents, 20 cents? Does anyone know what is happening with Consumer Automotive? Is there anyone close to the corporation? No messages since May 8th of this year. Thanks in advance, although exciting to watch the goings-on.

CAFI's volume today Wednesday May 8th closed at over nine times the average ten day volume. Three strange but huge spikes on the 5 year chart. Looked like one huge move up per last three years. Is this number four? It'd be nice to know why? 12.5 cents is the 52 week high. It'd put a new Buick in the drive. Ha! Comment Mr. Clark, please? Wish you well.

Was there any news on 40 k volume that raised pps 100%. Very thinly traded. Last April 2023 there were spikes in volume & share price by several times over. Seem to be three months apart; aline with filings? Where do you find information please? Did LOUD or Surge have anything to do with CAFI? Thanks in advance. door2county

Etrade shows 0 volume since 2/6 and the price hasn't moved all month. I haven't gotten any notifications about anything. Etrade took my sell order when I entered it, so not sure what Schwab is telling you. I canceled the order and sit on m shares, just because. Likely another RC scam!

Do you know if the stock has changed somehow. Charles Schwab states that I can not sell any without a broker (that's $25. commission). Would you know anything about that? Sold some at .0495 but bought it at .0144 to .025. Has anyone been successful in selling CAFI, or maybe it changed 🤔 its ticker symbol? Thank you & wish you a great day.

Promise- could be. Any backing $ will be reflected in the last Q. This shows that dilution will likely be needed in short / mid term OR other debt funding as operations / revs wont support for considerable period even if sales ramp.

i own a few shares here, no anger. RC's performance is clear, look at KG today. Nothing personal.

Shares - my point is that if AS is 800 mil and issued out ( insider and retail) is 780 mil , and the co is making virtially no revs, they have to issue more shares to support operations. Or raise operating funds through other debt. No value judgement.

Independant endorsement. The company does have labelling and claims. But given the nature of products would be good to have independant qualified evaluations/ endorsements by pharma performance folks.

I like when a share structure is almost maxed out with almost all restricted shares held by insiders that makes it unable to liquidate. Protects my investment. Would you rather large unrestricted count and float???

one edit, i looked at Branded Legacy which i knew in its earlier iteration and questioned the share award. While not certain about terms, or bottom line beneficiary it is no longer the company's mgt/ co i knew from a few years back.

It appears to have broken from past with new mgt, products and vision that may be interesting, but not the failed Kona Gold or old hemp coffee team.

800,000,000 authorized - so unless using insider $ for operating will need to dilute in midterm.

SO... while hope springs eternal the co has mgt that has NEVER marketed, sold, managed a sustained profitable co... in years.
That HAS generated several companies that have benefited insiders at the expense of common retail holders.

CAFI starts now in a deep $ hole with thos mgt. At the very least caution is prudent, and a 'prove and verify' track record is needed to show this effort is different.

Reduction is good. Still not many shares out there. So much potential. RC's got this.

read the company's last release introducing new products. The PR did not get much distribtion.

a total jumble of directions with phrases like ..."and thats not all!"... like some cheap product jinsu knives deal.

Further they close with an odd repetition of shares reduction...without context, as if an investor would not know that the 'reduction' came after a MUCH larger increase dilutuon several months earlier.

They need a competent editor.

Further, while products seem interesting there is no case made why these are better than like kind products in the market.

Seems to repeat the main RC liability... he doesnt know how to sell... only produce products. Like with KG they need a real CEO, real mass market sales sales leader... and make RC the product manager.

So the reduction is less than 10% of the increase in same year?

This follows RC's playbook for incomplete releases which are misleading. ( Look at what his ' multifaceted experience' leadership brought to his other co.

Just explained that I tried to get on my account over the weekend & couldn't so I just asked for them in a calm, kind way for some penny stock courtesy trades. Asked for three but was given five. They impressed me. I've been with them for almost four decades. I don't like the account site yet, but one can set it up differently & move things around. Ameritrade, then before that National Discount Brokerage in early 80's. Wish you well. (TDA can stay at 4.95 too.)
