I’m following the companies news releases, HSBC confirmed Swift MT 760 June 13th, there were six news releases from May 31 to June 13,

When I say the market expects news the share price recovery proves there is buying in anticipation.

The spread is very tightm and this means that this level may be the bottom, so I expect some volume increase with a small spike today or tomorrow.

Fully agree with your Weekly TA. Insiders been flipping on all fluff news lately and no way we gonna bust that top bolly on the weekly. I'm still building a big position of freebies by following 15 and 30' charts by buying bottom and selling top.

Better news coming and S1 amendment closing soon, so they will have lot of shares to push that top bolly up, after accumulating some on recent fake heads

(NASDAQ: NVOS) (the “Company” or “Novo”) announced today that it has received confirmation of the issuance of a Standby Letter of Credit (“SBLC”) by HSBC for delivery by Swift MT760, as part of a program designed for monetizing SBLCs. As previously reported, the Company entered into an application for the monetizing program whereby the Company is projected to receive gross funding proceeds of approximately $78 million under the SBLC upon completion of monetization.

The Company expects to use the proceeds to close the acquisition of the Ophir Collection which will result in the sole unfettered ownership of the Ophir Collection by the Company.
