It’s possible that they do know how big it will be. They just want to buy .0001-.0002 which in my opinion will never happen.

I actually just recently bought in, post last PBR dividend record date ( Aug.23 if i recall) so haven't received any dividends yet.

I'm anticipating no foreign taxes to be withheld, but will know for sure when PBR issues their next dividend payment. Will advise.
