Yarns, fabrics and flooring products supplier Low & Bonar PLC (LWB.LN) Tuesday said it has appointed Mike Holt as group finance director.

Holt will join the company Nov. 22, from specialist equipment rental group VP PLC (VP.LN), where he has been finance director since 2004.

Prior to that, he held a number of senior financial positions with Rolls-Royce Group PLC (RR.LN) within the U.K., the U.S. and Hong Kong.
