In conformity with the Transparency Directive we hereby notify the market of the
following:

Vanco PLC's issued share capital currently consists of 63,792,780 ordinary
shares of 5p each with voting rights.  Therefore, the total number of voting
rights in the Company is 63,792,780.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Vanco PLC under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
