                New Licence Granted by Ofcom for Play2win


TV Commerce Holdings plc, the fast growing media and entertainment company which
specialises in TV, telephony entertainment content and broadcasting services, is
pleased to announce that Ofcom has granted the company a new broadcasting
licence in the name of Play2Win under part 1 of the broadcasting act 1990 on an
application complying with section 235 of the communications act 2003.


The Company will update the market again on our new Quiz Roulette multi player
Television show formats which relates to this application in due course.
