    The following announcement replaces RNS announcement 1033U 'Issue of Equity' released on 9 May 2008.

    Issue of Equity

    The Directors of TP70 2008 (I) VCT plc are pleased to announce that the Company has applied for the eighth allotment of 4,700,813
Ordinary Shares allotted on 5 April 2008 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 14 December 2007, being 4,700,813 Ordinary Shares of
1p each at a price of �1 per share to be admitted to the Official List.  

    As a consequence of the eighth allotment, a total of 20,964,515 Ordinary Shares have now been issued under the offer.

    Dealing of the shares is expected to commence on 9 June 2008.
