Resignation of Nominated Adviser 
 
 
Strand Hanson Limited has today resigned as the Nominated Adviser to Timan with 
immediate effect. 
 
 
The Company's shares will remain suspended following the resignation referred to 
above. In accordance with Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, if a 
replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month, the Company's 
AIM quote will be terminated at 7am on 23 November 2009.
