Adjournment of EGM

to the SME sector, announces that due to adverse weather conditions the 
extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") held yesterday at 10.00 am was adjourned. 
 
 
The adjourned EGM will be held at 10.00 am, 20 January 2009 at Withy King, James 
Street West, Green Park, Bath BA1 2BT.  A letter confirming the adjourned EGM 
will be posted to shareholders shortly and will be available from the Company's 
website www.1pm.co.uk.
