As part of 10 Group plc's agreement to have its shares listed as a Level 1
American Depository Receipt, the company has issued 6,250,000 new ordinary
shares to Friedland Capital Corporation  and 9,375,000 new ordinary shares to
Aware Europe Ltd at a price of 0.32p per share in consideration of their
services pursuant to this agreement.
