SAVE GROUP PLC ("the Company")

The  Company has today received notification from M&G that M&G Group  Plc  and
M&G  Investment Management Limited are each interested in 10,510,332  ordinary
shares of 25p each representing 11.2 per cent. of the Company's share capital.
