                               Notice of Dividend


The Directors announced the proposed final dividend for the 10 month period
ended 28 July 2007, of 12p per ordinary share, in the Company's preliminary
statement issued today. Subject to approval at the Company's Annual General
Meeting on 3 December 2007, the proposed date of payment for the final dividend
is 10 December 2007 to shareholders on the register on 9 November 2007.
