Aisi Realty Public Limited (AIM:AISI), announces that on 30 March 2012, the Company received notification that Constantinos Bitros, CFO of the Company, had purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 80 pence per share on that day.

Constantinos Bitros is now beneficially interested in 4,000 Ordinary Shares which equates to 0.004 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
