I was watching the SP get slammed on 5/22 prior to any announcement.
NWBO printed 20M shares in the days just before and after 5/22. Wonder if maybe the buyers were always planning on selling the pump? Maybe some jumped the gun?

Then the news hit, and it was bad. Trial failed
