                            Directors' Shareholdings


The Board of Supercart Plc (the "Company") announces that it has granted the
following options to Directors of the Company:

 1. Pursuant to the Supercart Unapproved Share Option Scheme, 20,000 options
    exercisable at 14p per share and 50,000 options exercisable at 30p per share
    to the Chairman, Victor Segal.

 2. Pursuant to the Supercart Unapproved Share Option Scheme, 10,000 options
    exercisable at 14p per share and 25,000 options exercisable at 30p per share
    to non-executive director, Charles Price.

 3. Pursuant to the Supercart Unapproved Share Option Scheme, 500,000 options
    exercisable at 14p per share and 250,000 options exercisable at 30p per
    share to the Chief Executive, Mike Wolfe.

 4. Pursuant to the Supercart Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme, 50,000
    options exercisable at 14p per share and 50,000 options exercisable at 30p
    per share to the Finance Director, Stephen Wright.


All options were granted by the remuneration committee on 1 December 2006. All
options are exercisable at any time between 1 December 2008 and 1 December 2014.

Following the grant of these options, the directors have the following
interests:
